What does the process look like?
Step 1 - We talk about what type of piece you are interested in for your group, your timeline and grade level (0.5, 1, 1.5 currently available)
Step 2 - I provide a rough draft of the piece and we review it together
Step 3 - I provide pdf copies of the piece with a dedication / commission notice on the score

Grade 0.5 - $700.00
Grade 1 - $1200.00
Grade 1.5 - $1700.00
Dedications - Sometimes pieces are already written or close to completion. As such, dedications can have a more comfortable price point. There is a limited number of pieces each year, please contact me for more information

Frequently asked questions…
Who owns the copyright? The composer will own the copyright and may transfer to a publisher at anytime.
Who comes up with the title? The composer will have the final say on the title, dedication and commission notice. (Input by students and directors is always welcomed)
What is a typical timeline? Most pieces take around six months to a year from start to finish.
Will my piece get published? There is no guarantee that your piece will get published by a major publisher. Pieces that are selected for publication can take up to two years to be published.
